Seven Spanish capitals register an annual increase between 10% and 16% : Burgos, Valladolid, Malaga, Zaragoza, Valencia, Tarragona and Palma de Mallorca. Madrid and Barcelona, ​​which the last few years recorded strong revaluation rates, have moderated their growth. The average value of properties increased in this first quarter by 9.8% annually in the case of Madrid and by 6.8% for Barcelona.

PS: I purchased a flat in Valencia in November 2018. I am convinced that this city has more potential, due to the fact that property prices haven’t recovered as much as in Barcelona, since the crisis of 2008/2009, as you can see below.
