Seven Spanish capitals register an annual increase between 10% and 16% : Burgos, Valladolid, Malaga, Zaragoza, Valencia, Tarragona and Palma de Mallorca. Madrid and Barcelona, which the last few years recorded strong revaluation rates, have moderated their growth. The average value of properties increased in this first quarter by 9.8% annually in the case of Madrid and by 6.8% for Barcelona.

PS: I purchased a flat in Valencia in November 2018. I am convinced that this city has more potential, due to the fact that property prices haven’t recovered as much as in Barcelona, since the crisis of 2008/2009, as you can see below.
