Foreigners represent a third of total buyers in the Balearic Islands
Foreign buyers represent 31% of all buyers in the Balearic Islands. Indeed, national buyers represent only 69% of buyers, showing that a good proportion of all acquisitions are made by foreigners.
#1 Spanish region when it comes to foreign buyers

The Balearic islands, or Baleares as the Spanish call it, are made of four large islands:

- Menorca
- Ibiza
- Formentera

Once more, cumulating French speaking buyers we get to an interesting 11.2%. Therefore typically, the languages to be considered when trying to sell properties are: German, English, French, Italian, Swedish, Dutch, Danish.
