WhatsApp and real estate are good friends. As WhatsApp claims 1.5 billion users worldwide, it is used by many real estate agents and buyers:
- Connectivity with client
- Fast messaging
- More personal than emails
Therefore it’s natural that a leading property portal announced a new tool to connect with an agent even after office hours. But is it what real estate agents need?

In short, buyers will contact real estate agents via WhatsApp from PropertyFinder.ae, on top of emails and phone calls. Consequently, we can wonder whether this is a good idea.
